One of my plans cant recieve calls from certain numbers

I am expecting really important calls from doctors and ever since switching to Fizz they say they get "This number is not in service" message when calling me.

But I can call them with no issues, and other people can call me with no issues.

When it was just one doctor I thought it was a them issue, now its multiple doctors (they may all be using landlines?)

These calls are really important and I am not joking when I say my life is depending in getting these calls and setting up appointments.

I have powercycled my phone

I have reset my network settings, but the Fizz support team on facebook chat has refused to help me any further then that suggestion.

I'm in my FIzz coverage area

It's so clearly not a phone issue otherwise I would not be able to receive calls from other people and make outgoing calls with no issues.

This is a carrier issue with something going wrong at the trunk when my number gets a call from a certain carrier.

I am at the end of my rope here and will need to switch providers ASAP if this can't be resolved

    We're really sorry for the inconvenience. 

    Could you please try switching your phone to airplane mode for a couple seconds, then switch it back to normal? After that reinsert the Sim and restart the phone. You could possibly test your Sim in a different certified Fizz VoLTE phone too.

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues receiving calls from certain numbers, especially when they're as important as those from your doctors.

    When did you port the number? The porting can takes couples of days to be propagated correctly.

    Confirm that neither call blocking nor the "Do Not Disturb" feature is activated on your phone, as these can prevent calls from coming through.
