Missing confirmed referral points

Fizz rule: Earn 200 points for every confirmed referral.
Has anyone experienced the same issue as me? Since mid January, I haven't received the 200 points for each confirmed referral, although I did receive the bonus associated with them.

I confirmed but they didn't do anything. The below is the record:
"
Yes, I confirm to you that the last time you have earned 200 points as referral rewarding points acquired was on January, 17th, 2025 at 05:59:20 am.
"

I don't think there is a written rule. There are 200 points for the first use of your referral code.

If there is one, I didn't get them too.
