We will have to do a couple manipulations to see where the issue comes from, so please switch your phone to airplane mode for a couple moments, then switch it back to normal. After that, reinsert the Sim and restart the phone. Please try the services once these are done.

Good morning @Kays
A friend of mine had this issue when switching back from a data only eSIM to his Fizz sim.
The solution was to have the friend start a new text message by manually typing in the phone number, complete with country code.Have a look at the FAQ on this topic to see if there is anything else in there that will help.
