Why does Fizz's switch to a new plan always fail in Ontario?

This happened to me twice, and my other Fizz friends have also experienced this problem in recent months.

    It's a waste of time to contact the support every time. I do hope they can fix this issue.

    I am in BC and I have encountered this problem for 4 consecutive months. It has not been solved yet. I have contacted customer service dozens of times.
