Why does Fizz's switch to a new plan always fail in Ontario?

It's a waste of time to contact the support every time. I do hope they can fix this issue.

I am in BC and I have encountered this problem for 4 consecutive months. It has not been solved yet. I have contacted customer service dozens of times.

Is it confirmed though that this only happens in Ontario? Or outside of Québec? Any user from Québec here that had this problem recently?

I'm not sure about that but it seems Quebec users doesn't have this issue. In Ontario, some users can't change their plans successfully.
