    Hi @KGod

You bought a phone that is not for the Canadian market and at the moment Fizz doesn't allow the transfer to a physical SIM to the eSIM

Your option can be chating with the support https://fizz.ca/en/support

On my opinion, your only option is to buy a physical SIM and transfer to a different provider, and if you want trasnfer back in this occasion you will allow to have the eSIM.

Hi, the only way here since it doesn't support transfer yet, is to change provider temporarily and change to an Esim and come back here.

I don't think phone number depends on physical SIM or eSIM.

    Hello @KGod ,
As the other users already informed you, for the moment at Fizz, it is not working to switch from a regular SIM for an eSIM for the already activated plans.
    Here are more details: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/install-and-activate-esim
By verifying your Fizz account, I noticed that you already activated a new SIM card ( regular one) for your plan therefore the services should work properly.
If you wish to have an eSIM, you can activate a new plan, with a new number on your Fizz account.
To do that, you can access Overview-Add a mobile plan and select the eSIM option.
    Have a nice day.
