What's wrong with fizz's system? Change plan failed for 4 consecutive months

I have failed to change my plan for 4 consecutive months. Every time I contact customer service, I am asked to change the plan again, but it fails every time. The reason is that the system refuses to change, and the same reason can only be found when the change fails the next month. The technical team has not solved this problem, and it is always an endless wait. And I have found at least 4 people who have encountered the same problem. How can I solve this problem? It's driving me crazy.
