New Fizz Router
Hi,
Last year Fizz was doing beta testing of a new Router/Modem device.
Is there an update to this? Will we be seeing updates to our home routers anytime soon?

There is WiFi 7 now, but is not available with Fizz.

No use unless your devices support Wi-Fi 7 too. In my situation, they don't even support Wi-Fi 6 in some cases.

I found some more information:
Fizz was sending out Coda-56 modems along with the eero 6 wifi router.
Having the modem alone would be a great way to bypass the router provided.The current router / modem is a combo unit, so you need to activate a software bypass. Always more reliable to bypass the hardware entirely if one can avoid it.

Fizz doesn't change the standard therefore don't expect to get the new modem soon, since the modem is from the same company I don't believe that they will never replace the old modem.
