Where can I see international call minutes?

Following my verification, you have processed a plan change order on 18th of January for a plan including 1000 minutes to South Korea, however the order got rejected, so the plan change wasn't processed on 29th of January anymore. Please try to process a new plan change order from your Fizz account (My plans → Manage my plan → Change my plan). More details can be seen here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan
In the meantime, you have the possibility to purchase an Add on for international minutes ($6 for 60 minutes, or just top up your Wallet with funds and use them as pay as you go : 0.30CAD per minute).
I've also opened a ticket to our technical team in order to investigate this issue further. ☺️Your ticket number is #330230. You can view it and track its progress from My settings → My tickets. Once we have a response, we will get back to you via email. Rest assured as our technical team will try their best to solve this as soon as possible.

My add-on international minutes bar was shown at the bottom of "My plans" page in my account (second icon from the left of top menu), I guess plan minutes would show in the same page.
