International call add-on doesn't work

Hi there,

I bought the international call add-on (Hong Kong) last week. When I called, it didn't work. What went wrong here? Anything I need to do before I make the call?

Things I have done before I made the call:

1. Turned off my phone and restarted it.
2. Tried to go to the advanced parameters on my account but didn't find any button that can turn off NO INTERNATIONAL CALL.
3. I'm in my coverage area (British Columbia)
4. Turn on my flight mode 30s and turn it off.

I am using iPhone and what else I can do?

    it seems that you did everything you should contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/support

    Do you have some messages? Did you try to call a different number?
