We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your internet services.
After making the necessary checks into our tools we noticed that you were able to discuss with the online customer service agents and they informed you about the works being done in your area that were impacting your internet.
Those are finalized now therefore your services should work properly now.
In case you are still facing issues, please restart your modem by unplugging it from the electrical socket for 10 seconds and then plug it back.
Wait a few minutes until the lights are back on and then test the services.
