VoLTE drops and doesn't reconnect until reboot

Whenever I lose connectivity (Underground parking lot, Airplane mode, etc..) VoLTE connectivity doesn't come back with LTE until I reboot my Android.
This seems to be pretty common in different models across manufacturers as there's a lot of posts on reddit and XDA about this behavior, but Fizz support have no idea how to resolve this or if other people experience this as well.

does anyone else have this issue?

    Very strange with this behaviour, what phone are you using

    I read people losing connection on certain metro station, but they never reported the needs of reboot after.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I verified your phone model but it looks like for the moment it`s not compatible with our network.

    While for the moment it might work , later on it surely won`t , since it`1s not in the list of compatible phones for the Fizz network : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices

    My suggestion is to test the Sim card in a compatible phone to check if the issue persists, so we can investigate further with our technical team for any issue on our side.
