Phone warranty return issues - 1.5 months still not resolved

Worst experience ever with FIZZ. I am unable to talk to a human that can explain the situation with my phone return. Messenger chat is garbage, only pre-written replies. Complaint tickets i get told all the time just be patient.

    I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with your phone warranty return process at Fizz.

    The Fizz support is only online, usually you can chat with the support
