    Hi @JustJames68

    Here the information

The PIN (customize, reset or deactivate)

Reminder: Once the voicemail option is added to your plan, it’ll be activated come the following payment cycle.

As soon as your voicemail is activated, you’ll receive an access code (PIN) by text. Use this PIN to access your voicemail the first time and personalize it afterwards for security reasons.

To customize or reset your PIN:

Follow the instructions in your voicemail or do it from your Fizz account under My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Parameters > PIN to Access Your Voicemail..

Important: Unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.

    Hello JustJames68
I have tried to locate your account in order to provide you with a specific answer for this situation.
However, I noticed that the email address attached to this forum account has not confirmed the email activation.
Since I was unable to find the account, I will provide the general steps to change your PIN here.
If this does not help you and you need further assistance, please reach out to us at our support page: https://fizz.ca/en/support.
You can change your voicemail PIN online through your Fizz account.
After logging in, navigate to My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Parameters > PIN.
For additional details, refer to our FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-I-access-and-use-my-voicemail.
Please keep in mind that if you are in the freeze period (the last 4.5 days of your payment cycle where no changes can be made to your plan), you won't be able to change it now and will have to wait until the new payment cycle begins to do it.
For more details, refer to our FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-payment-cycles-work.
I wish you a wonderful day.
