Different point count in customer zone and forum
I'm wondering about rewards points I have. When going into my forum profile, it reports that I have 1129 points. However, if I look at my customer details, it says I only have 805 points. How come I am missing out on forum points?

According to the below support article, Forum actions that contribute to your My Rewards progression:
- Reply
- Answer in less than 5 minutes
- Daily leader
- Weekly leader
- Monthly bonus
- Monthly leader
- Earn “Accepted Solution” (best answer)

Not all the point from the forum are counted, for example the new point for the presence (The rising flames) do not count towards your main rewards

Here are the points you can get by being on the forum.
50 welcome points.
3 points to answer a question
5 Points for a response in less than 5 minutes for all members.
50 points to get the first best answer.
100 points for each month of activity
You will also receive points to earn various badges.
On your Fizz account,
10 points for every dollar paid on your monthly plan.
Nearly 3 points for every $1 spent on the Fizz mobile store.
3 points every time you donate data from your mobile plan:
200 points for each confirmed referral (2nd payment):
Several points for the Bagdges in accounts as well.

On the forum:
- Earn 3 points for answering a question.
- Earn an extra 5 bonus points for answering within 5 minutes.
- Earn 50 points if your answer is chosen as the best answer (does not count if it is your own question).
- Earn 100 points for each month of activity.
- Earn some badges

Using the forum to share and help others comes with its own points and badges.
So, the forum points system is completely separate from the rewards point system? Did anyone catch this particular meaning of "own" here? After all, it can just as well be interpreted as "the forum adds its own points to the My Rewards system". Anyway, I guess, I get it now. Thanks for all he answers.

Each month of activities give you 100 points in the forum but only 50 points in your account.

It's unfortunate the points for Geek or Apprentice rewards on the forum do not follow to the main Fizz account.
