When will Fizz certify more OnePlus phones for VoLTE

I have a OnePlus 10 Pro 5G with the new VoLTE SIM card but the Test still fails whan I call the #8378. I see that my phone is not on the list, will they put other phones on that list?

I know there are other posts on the forum, but the more questions we ask, the more they'll see interest on that subject.

Nobody knows other than Fizz. Just wait and see what is going to happen before Jul 31st. And don't panic :)

For sure if Fizz will see more user demanding probably they will certify it. They should also be able to see the number of users using oneplus from their servers, since they know the IMEI

@Whizz I think it's time to create a thread, where you can state what are the plans for certifying more phone models, etc.

Hi, the more demand there is the better the chances but I think you'll have to change your cell phone if you want to stay with Fizz.

Yeah, but the number of complains in a public forum is hardly representative of the actual size of the problem. There are much better ways to determine that. As Elena said, they could just measure the percentage of users using their network with OnePlus phones.

I am in the same boat. I have a OnePlus 9 and no VOLTE.
I tried to follow this hack :
I now have a toggle button to enable or disable VOLTE . But the test when i dial #8378 is still failing :(1 -
Did you try to disable the wifi and make a calls to see if the signal stay in LTE
