Hi, to start you need to have 5 SIM card or Esim as the case may be. Maximum 5 by account.
Create your plans during creation, indicate whether to import a phone number.
Above all, do not cancel your old lines until you have received the text message confirming the change for the number.
It is better to have 5 accounts to have the 5 bonuses but it is more management.
Sim card Free with new phone buy with Fizz or 10$ each and free for eSIM.

Hello Anton26,
Thank you for the interest in our services.Yes, you can have multiple plans into one account however you will pay separately for all of them.
For the moment, at Fizz, there is no bundles offered for having multiple plans into the same account.
Having a SIM card is necessary for this process, you can select e-sim or activate with a regular one.
To activate, you will need to access the Fizz account, in My plans- Add a mobile plan and then select the option " Transfer a number to Fizz" if you wish to transfer the line from a different provider.
As the other user already suggested, keep the SIM card from them inserted until you will receive and reply to the confirmation text.
If everything will be in order, in about 2 hours, the line at Fizz will be fully activated and the line from the other provider, automatically cancelled.

For adding more plans, the steps are the same however you will need to go to " Overview" and select "Add a mobile plan".
Regarding the internet, you will need to cancel from your own side the plan from the other provider as we are not doing it.
