Pending activation

I signed up on last week, and got my modem this week. On Tuesday I got my internet active but they still say pending activation and I can't use the TV function. I have been charged for both already.

Is it normal to take more than 4 days to resolve something like this?

    Sorry to hear about the issue!

    It appears that there is a delay in the activation process of the plan itself as normally it should take only a few minutes.

    A ticket was escalated so our technical team can check what happened and once the issue is resolved, you will be reached back via e-mail with updates.

    You can also track the ticket status in My settings - My tickets to have a view over it`s progress.
