Add voicemail to existing plan

Thank you for letting us know about this.
I want to inform you that the only way to include the Voicemail option in your plan is by submitting a plan change request. You can do this from your account on Fizz.ca under My plans > Manage plan > Change my plan.

If you add a voicemail now you will end up to pay the actual price for all the options that you have in your plan.
There are alternatives to use a different kind of service, but I cannot suggest it here since I cannot name company / service in competition with Fizz
If you decide to modify your plan remember to do it 6 days before the next billing cycle
