So in 6 months 3G is being phased out where's my VoLTE Fizz?

I own a OnePlus 12 and the VoLTE SIM card (I've owned OnePlus phones since 2018) All have supported VoLTE and VoWifi. But still the same stupid certified devices list keeps ignoring devices not sold by Fizz. Once 3G is phased out are the VoLTE and VoWifi stupid certified lists going to finally disappear since it's a necessity and not commodity? Cause seriously I'm getting tired of this, it's been a year and a half since I had the same discussion with tech support, the CRTC and CCTS in a complaint. I repeat why is there a list for something that's a necessity and not a commodity?

only the support can answer to this

For sure they must include more phone / brands

Probably there are some cost associated

Well, other providers are just bad in other ways, you can't even use their VoWiFi when outside of Canada as they restrict that service to Canada only as to not lose their precious roaming revenue. Might even switch my main line to Fizz if they'd introduce VoWiFi some time soon.

And as for VoLTE, end of July is 6 months away, a lot can happen in that time, I'm sure, Fizz doesn't want to lose a good chunk of their customer base.

    Hello @Guillermo L. ,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

There isn`t much that can be done from our side, as it`s up to the upper management on what they decide further and what phone models they allocate as suitable to function on our network.

I understand that you are upset, but maybe more models will be added as time goes by.

This answer might not satisfy you and I am well aware of that, but as you have pointed out also , this is not really something that we can control - it`s mostly up to the upper management and what decisions they take on for when going forward.

    Thank you for your understanding.
    Have a good one,
