Why is my payment always declined when I activate my Fizz card?

I have used two Visa debit cards and neither of them works. I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with them.

    Did you try to contact the institution to verify that they didn’t block the transaction?

    If it is a prepaid card some of them are not working

    Try to contact the fizz support too https://fizz.ca/en/support
