Love the service but question the packs

I joined Fizz a few months ago back and love the service. It nice to only be pay for what I use. The only issue I have is not being able to buy data packs if I run out of data. I’ve already been left with nothing at the end of the month once. Is this something that is being fixed for BC customers?

Hi, try with a browser in private mode. It often happens that it comes from a problem with cookies or even extensions.

What error prevents you from getting more data? Have you considered adding more data to your base plan?

Could you please clear the cookies and cache of your browser then try in an incognito window? If possible, also try on a different device / browser.
