WiFi password doesn't work
Hello ! I've been trying for now a good while trying to connect my phone to my wifi. I'm very sure that I did put the good password, yet I can't connect to my WIFI. My ethernet is working fine but no wifi when yet the name is visible and said to be there. I've tried everything that has been advice on Fizz to make it work. I've turn off, tuen on me box. I've tried to re-enitiate it. Nothing. I've tried conneting other tech to the wifi same issue. The password that should be working doesn't.

In this case, please proceed with a factory reset of the modem which will allow you to complete its configuration again and choose a new password.
This can be done by locating the reset button, which is situated on the back side of the modem just above the Ethernet ports. Using a small, sharp object, such as a pin or paperclip, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, until all of the LEDs on the modem turn off.
It's important to keep in mind that resetting the modem to its factory settings will erase any modifications that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings thus far.For further details, feel free to contact us directly https://fizz.ca/en/support
