After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that you were able to reach the customer service agents and they assisted you with this process.
The transfer was cancelled and you received the full refund for your plan.You can see the transaction already by accessing My Settings- Transaction History from your Fizz account.
For the bank account, it will take a few business days.
