LG TV Fizz app freezes or stops

Hello,

I noticed that you closed another topic on this matter but I have the same issue. Before, the app was saying it was missing memory and rebooted itself. Since two weeks now, the feed simply stop and we need to restart the show from the guide. Sometimes, it can run for 30-40 minutes without interruptions, sometimes it is at each 5 minutes or so, so the service isn't useful as it is right now. It was working correctly for all the previous months until ~december. Any ideas? Yes I have the lastest version of the TV drivers and the app is up-to-date. It seems like a memory leak. Thanks.

    I understand your frustration with the Fizz app on your LG TV. It sounds like a very inconvenient issue, especially given that it was working fine until December. Since you've already ensured that both your TV drivers and the app are up-to-date, please try and reinstall the app first.
    Sometimes clearing the cache can help resolve these types of issues.
    You can usually find this option in the TV’s settings.
    A factory reset of your TV might help resolve any underlying issues, although it’s a more drastic step.
