No Home Internet connection and No answers past 30 hours

Hi, since I opened a ticket/complaint on january 12th 10am, there was no update received since then. Only email I had was "maintenance team work on it" at 12pm yesterday. Today, january 13th 6pm, no updates on the issue. Anyone else faced the same situation ? I live in ville saint-laurent (Montreal).

Really frustrating with this low & unresponsive customer service.
