Subscribed channels not listed and how do I access the guide?

Check if you have filter the data, on the Guide session click on the 3 horizontal lines

I had read about the filter before posting. I have no filter preventing me from seeing those channels.0 -

We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your TV plan from Fizz.
Please try to make sure that the location of your device is set as "Canada" and then try again to install the Fizz TV application, to make sure that you are having the latest version.
Also, if possible, test with a different device, compatible, from this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-connect-device-view-my-tv-content in order to see if the same channels will not work.
