FIZZ CHARGED ME EXTRA MONEY 🤯 VERY DISAPPOINTED

My original plan is $18.08, I changed the plan to $10.17 on Dec 18th and recieved an email for the confirmation. On Jan 12th I was charged $18.08 which is the old plan. I contacted the customer support and the staff told me that my new plan got rejected due to network glitch. At first the staff was unwilling to refund the money back, until I insisted to esculate the case. The staff did give me a case number, I guess all I can do right now is wait. Other than that I have to change my plan again and contact the customer support again to confirm for the new plan. When I think about all the extra step I have to do, I guss FIZZ doesn't really cherish my time... :( If anyone is reading this post, THANK YOU & please double check your bill

    Hi, you probably fell during a price change or something like that and the plan was rejected. Fizz are normally very accommodating so they will surely find common ground.

    We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your mobile plan change. 
    After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that the refund for the different between plans was already provided. 
    You can see it already in My Settings- Transaction History. 
    For the bank account, it may take a few business days until the amount will be visible.

    Regarding the plan change, with having a fully automatic system, there are some glitch that can appear however we assure you that our competent department is working constantly in improving our services. 
    If you still wish, since the new payment cycle started you can create a new request to change your plan as the customer service agents suggested. 
    To do that, you can access My Plans- Manage plans- Change my plan.
