I can't receive any call with my phone ,why?

Thank you for letting us know about this.
I investigated your account, and your mobile plan should be eligible to make and receive calls. Can you please remove your sim card, insert it back and restart your phone.
Also, please make sure your phone is configured to automatically select the Fizz mobile network. The steps for enabling your device to automatically select a network varies depending on the type of phone. Here are two examples:Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators →Search networks → Automatic

Hi close your phone and open. Check SIM card if corrected install.
Check if airplane mod is active.. Disabled it if active.Texto work or not ?
