I got charged for non-returned modem. Support does not answer my questions.
I sent modem back on Nov 25 and according to Canada Post tracking it was returned on Dec 19. But today I see charges on my account for non-returned modem. Trying to contact support via chat, and its already 1hr waiting for answer.
Need to resolve this issue today, or I will call my bank and report fraud.
Any other way (maybe phone #) to contact with support?

Contact the support and they will solve the problem
, Fizz doesn't have a telephone support only online.Be patient it can take some time
You can also open a ticket from your account my settings → resolve an issue

It might take more then 1 hour the support team is buzy since its the holiday. There's no phone number you can call fizz support is only online.
