Hi Fizz Community,

If anyone can tell me how to activate Facetime and iMessage on iPhone?

Its been few days, it is activation pending.

    Whizz of Fizz answers:

    Please try logging out from your Apple ID account and then log back it. By doing this, the iMessage service should reinitialize and go back to normal.

    If the issue persists after doing that, please contact us from the support page again and we will assist you further.

    Hi Community :)

    After transferring to a new iPhone 16 from a previous one, I’m unable to connect to iMessage and FaceTime. I keep seeing the error: “Activation Unsuccessful: iMessage Activation – An error occurred during activation. Try again.” Despite trying several troubleshooting steps, I’m still facing the issue. Apple Support informed us that it's a carrier-related problem.

    Has anyone else encountered this? Here’s a list of everything I’ve tried so far:

    -Verified the time zone is correct
    -Turned iMessage and FaceTime off and on
    -Signed out of my Apple ID and signed back in
    -Restarted the iPhone
    -Reset network settings
    -Turned off both iMessage and FaceTime, then toggled them back on
    -Checked for carrier updates (none available)
    -Verified Apple ID Send & Receive settings
    -Contacted Apple Support
    -ERASED and RESET the phone (still no luck)
    -I am waiting now since 30 min to get someone from FIZZ -.-


    If anyone has any insights or additional steps I can try, please let me know.
