Still have not received phone

Anyone else have the same issue as me?
Ordered a phone from Fizz along with SIM card. Should have received many many weeks ago, been at least 4-5.
Tried reaching out and I keep getting told that my issue has been “elevated” and I will receive a response via email.
I have never received any email.

Progress on the purchase of the phone has not proceeded beyond “order confirmed”
I don’t even have a tracking number yet.

About ready to cancel everything.

Anyone may know what’s going on? Or if this has happened before??
