internet not working neither mobile data

internet is fine with other devices, but not from iphone 12. No internet connection neither mobile data

    Hi @Olsena

    Try to check the network settings, DNS configuration or similar

    Do you have airplane mode on?

    Probably a little extreme, but you can try to reset the network settings (this will erase the bluetooth/wifi password)

    Check airplane mode, this mode deactivates both ways.

    Check APN settings, they're not always setup automatically.

    We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your mobile services.
    After making the necessary verifications into our tools we were able to see that you contacted our online customer services and one of  our agents provided you some manipulations however you were no longer available to confirm if it works or if the issue is persisting.
    Since you were mentioning that the phone is not having the latest software version, please try to connect to a wi-fi connection and then do the upgrade in order to see if this will fix the situation.
    Also, turn the Airplane Mode On for a few seconds, then Off in order to allow your phone to reauthenticate to network.
