Continued internet dropouts and now, blocked from FIZZ.CA as a DDOS flag

I switched to Fizz last month, and i already regret it. Getting service is impossible, and i mean customer service. I keep messaging about the fact internet service just...stops when im out and about sometimes and they get back hours later with a message then close the chat because obviously, you're no longer there!

I am really fed up with Fizz at this point and to make matters worse, now i cant even access the website as it's flagged my IP VIA cloudflare.

    Hi @Mikepepsi

    If your IP is signaled as DDOS try to change the WAN IP

    Put the modem in bridge mode and connect a computer to the LAN after 10 minutes reset the modem

    You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    By looking into your Fizz account we noticed that you contacted our online customer services and even though the agents replied to you after a few minutes, you were no longer available to continue the conversation with them.

    Please know that you can always reopen the Live Chat conversation in order to receive the assistance needed.

    Regarding your data issues, please verify the software upgrade of your phone, in order to have the most recent one. 
    Also, you can try to restart it and reinsert the SIM card in order to allow it to reauthenticate to network. 
    In case the issues are persisting, you can test the SIM card in a different phone, compatible Fizz Volte as the one visible in your Fizz account it is not.

    Also, please try again to access the Fizz website, as it was until recently in some maintenances works however from now, it should work properly.
