Can I get a refund please?
Since I read there was a 15-day money back guarantee , On December 13th I signed up and activated a fizz voice text and data plan, I selected a temporary number so I could test the service and make sure it was adequate for my needs, I didn't use any of the data I only made two short phone calls just to make sure the call Quality was clear.
The call quality turned out to be good so I tried to Port my number in from another provider, but it turns out that Fizz does not allow porting after the activation is finished. Is this true?
I wish this was explained somewhere during sign up because I'm pretty sure every other carrier you can port a number in after the initial setup. I feel cheated and would like a full refund please.

Please note that if you activate a number you won't be able to make a transfer on the same plan and change the number since there is no "temporary number".
To receive a refund for the plan you currently have you can unsubscribe directly from your account since you are in the 15 day trail period.
To unsubscribe you need to go under My plans>Manage my plan>Unsubscribe.
The refund will be made automatically after that.

Then you can make a port-in request for the phone number you want to transfer to Fizz.
You can access your Fizz Account and go to Overview and click on Mobile plans.
Transfer the number and complete the fields appearing on the page.
After you do all the on-screen steps you will receive a transfer authorization request message on your current sim from your current provider asking you for permission to accept the transfer request.
You will need to answer with YES at the message and the line will be transferred within the next 2 hours maximum.
