I didnt have that kind of issue. The best is to wait for the ticket resolution. It might take a few days hopefully it wont be too long!

there is another user that post a similar problem , but if you have an open ticket with the email confirming the modification you should be able to solve this situation

It's weird that you had this problem, it's been a few times that users have had this problem changing their plan
I had already seen the same thing on a Fizz Facebook group a few months ago but the author of the post deleted his post
I can only tell you to report your problem to Fizz because it's unfair to go through this
