I couldn’t change my plan

I changed my plan 8 days before the next payment cycle, and I received the confirmation message right away. But the following month I received the same plan as before. So I contacted the agent and been told my request had been rejected, but I never been notified of the rejection. I got the ticket and there hasn’t been any progress. Has anyone else encountered the same issue and is there any suggestion of my case? Thank you so much 🙏

    I didnt have that kind of issue. The best is to wait for the ticket resolution. It might take a few days hopefully it wont be too long!

    there is another user that post a similar problem , but if you have an open ticket with the email confirming the modification you should be able to solve this situation

    It's weird that you had this problem, it's been a few times that users have had this problem changing their plan

    I had already seen the same thing on a Fizz Facebook group a few months ago but the author of the post deleted his post

    I can only tell you to report your problem to Fizz because it's unfair to go through this
