Ticket #317470 My account: 42731522

I created my plan and ported my number on the 7th but i did not installed the esim properly on my phone so i cannot use my phone since. I wanted to know how i can reinstall the esim. The online chat rep submitted a ticket for me same day but the ticket was closed the next day without reasons given so I reopened it on the 8th. Today, the 10th, my ticket was cancelled and closed without any reasons given again. So, i talked to the online chat rep and he/she kept telling me to reopen the ticket but i Said to her it was reopened before.
I said I need to talk to the manager then this rep just cut me off and left the conversation!
I am extremely disappointed with Fizz. There customer service and tech support is helpless and hopeless. I am stuck with this problem with the esim on my phone! Any suggestion of what I can do besides unsubscribing this phone plan?

    Hello Skyewalker  ,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

I verified your account and saw that the ticket was resolved ( our agents close the conversations if there is no other solution to be provided ) but you reached us back and they informed you that it`s not possible to use the eSim anymore ( as you can`t get a new one for that plan )

Afterwards a Sim swap was made for a physical card and everything should be functioning.
Be sure that you restart the phone also and test the line to make sure that your service is working properly : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line

There are certain limitations on the eSim technology on our side but we are working hard to improve it so we understand your apologize for the inconvenience caused also.

Regarding the conversation, rest assured we will analyze it and take proper measures if necessary.

    Have a good one,
