I ported out but account still active

Hi,

I ported out to another provider and my line is working with them and all. On their end it is marked as completed.
However with Fizz it seems it’s still active.
Can I just cancel the line and thats it?

    Usually it will be closed at the end of the billing cycle.

    I understand your concern about your account still being active after porting out.
    Typically, once you port out your number, your account should be deactivated.
    I have contacted you privately to to resolve the situation since we have difficulties in finding your account directly from the forum.
