    usually fizz will allow a delay but you need to validate with the support here we are users

    Canada Post announced on Friday, November 15, a national strike by a significant number of their employees, which will cause service delays.
    Please note that you can still go to a Canada Post counter in pharmacies in Quebec to return your modem or phone. This return will be accepted and will be processed as a priority as soon as the service resumes.
    However, there will be additional delays to receive your package to our warehouse.
    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, this situation is beyond our control, and we will do everything possible to process your return request as quickly as possible.
