what is going on?

plan signed up: $35/month (BC), 100GB data only (opt out voice and text)

day 1: took almost an hour to activate the sim. received activation confirmation message in the afternoon for a phone number which I do not recognize.

day 2: lost mobile data service after. submit ticket through online customer care. received activation confirmation message for ANOTHER phone number which I do not recognize in the afternoon. still no mobile service. ticket got escalated

day 3: received activation confirmation message for ANOTHER phone number which I do not recognize. service got resumed almost half day AFTER they told me the issue was fixed through email. received text in the afternoon saying "a new sim will be activated in 30 mins" (which I didn't request the swap) service got disconnected again.

Another ticket is submit.
