Unable to get a refund when ticket is open?
A few days ago, I attempted to activate the new eSIM service on my iPhone 16 Pro, but unfortunately, the activation was unsuccessful. An agent created a ticket to address the issue, but after waiting for three days without any response, I decided to request a refund, as the problem had not been resolved in a timely manner.
However, when I reached out via online chat, I was informed that, according to Fizz's policy, I am not eligible for a refund while there is an active ticket. I am baffled by this policy, as it seems to imply that if the ticket remains unresolved indefinitely, I would never be able to receive a refund. This situation feels completely unfair, and I am disappointed by the lack of support and clarity in resolving my issue.

you should wait the ticket resolution and you willl be refund

eSIM service is new here and probably small bug. Normaly the problem fix fastly.
