Issues porting out to fizz - phone line does not work
Hello,
I ported out to fizz from koodo last night and 12 hours later I am still seeing "Activation Pending" on my account. Now data works but my phone line does not. I tried contacting customer service for an agent via chat but there has been no response. Koodo already sent me an email confirming that I have transferred my service but I have not receive anything from Fizz, could someone please help me on this?

Yesterday some users seems to have a similar problem but it seems to be solved quickly
Did you try to open a ticket? Go to your account → My Settings → Resolve an issue
