That must be an error, you can pay and ask for the refund or clarify now
You can always contact the support, , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

Sometimes the system needs time for the update. If it's not activated in 24 hours you should contact the support team.
