Fizz isn't letting me pay for my regular plan

My plan was suspended due to insufficient funds on my payment method. And now i'm trying to pay for it, but it's showing me the wrong plan, which is a ten dollar plan for 250 mb unlimited talk, text.Instead, my thirty dollar usual plan for 50 gb unlimited talk,text

    That must be an error, you can pay and ask for the refund or clarify now

    Sometimes the system needs time for the update. If it's not activated in 24 hours you should contact the support team.
