SIM Activation Pending Over 24 Hours – Urgent Issue
Hi,
I’m new to Fizz, switched from ***, and activated my SIM over 24 hours ago. I got an email about a “technical issue,” and the activation is still pending. My *** account is already canceled, so I’ve been without service all day, which has caused significant inconvenience.
I’ve tried contacting a Fizz live agent but haven’t received a response. Has anyone experienced this? How long does it usually take to resolve? Any tips to speed things up?
Feeling very disappointed so far. Appreciate any help!

Contact the customer support they will help you. It might take a bit longer due to the black friday and the new esim feature.

Not sure what is happening but these days there are a lot of issues related to porting or activation of the new plans.
@Whizz please take a look as this can potentially turn off the new customers.
