Activation pending for over 24h
I transfered 2 lines from Fido to Fizz yesterday (12-03) evening. Today 12-04 we are still at "activation pending" and we have to phone service and unable to make any calls. An now, there's going to be a system maintenance between 0:00 and 12pm on 12-05. When should I expect to have this fixed? If the system maintenance is to fix this kind of issue, why not just say it.
BTW, I tried chating with someone in the green bubble, I got a reply 1hour 20 min after I last messaged them. I wasn't checking so they just left the chat because I wasn't responsive!! I've texted again 1h15 ago and 30 min ago and still no response!
