Activation Pending since Dec 3rd. What's going on?
I ported 2 numbers from a different provider to Fizz on Tuesday, December 3. I received confirmation from the old provider that the porting was done that same evening. Installed SIM card, I've configured the Android phones with the proper Fizz settings. Outgoing calls are working, but incoming calls are NOT working (it has been over 36 hours). Status page says Activation Pending since Dec 3rd. Can anyone comment if there is a light at the end of the tunnel here?

Not sure what is happening but these days there are a lot of issues related to porting or activation of the new plans.
@Whizz this can potentially turn off the new customers.

I have the same exact issue since porting my number from a different provider on Dec 3rd. Still no incoming calls by today (Dec 5th) and status page says Activation Pending. I have had this phone number since 2008 and have never had a problem until now, urgently need this matter to be resolved... even with supposed escalation via chat my ticket is still not in progress. Looking for a light at the end of the tunnel too!
