Activation Stuck for Two Days - HELP

Hi - am new joiner. Responded "YES" to SMS from old provider and has since been stuck. Got on Fizz chat and agent opened a ticket (agent was wonderful btw). But no news since. I haven't been able to make any calls for 2 days! This is terrible!

Kicker is my Fizz chat is stuck at the last conversation. Can't even initiate a new chat today! So posting on Forum for some help...

    Not sure what is happening but these days there are a lot of issues related to porting.

    @Whizz this can potentially turn off the new customers.
