Urgent Assistance Needed – Pending Number Transfer

Dear Fizz Customer Support,

I transferred my number from Fido to Fizz on December 3, but the transfer is still pending. I am unable to use either my Fido or Fizz services, and I am unsure what the issue might be.

Although customer support submitted a ticket, the problem has not been resolved yet. I urgently need Fizz to provide an exact timeline for when this issue will be fixed, as I cannot receive calls. This situation is causing me to miss critical opportunities, including job interviews.

Please prioritize resolving this issue and update me at your earliest convenience.

    you should contact the support to have an update, sorry,   https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    Not sure what is happening but these days there are a lot of issues related to porting or activation of the new plans.

    @Whizz please take a look as this can potentially turn off the new customers.
