Why is Fizz customer service so mediocre?

Hi, I have been waiting for my problem to be solved for over 15 hours now. The support on messenger made me wait 12 hours just for them to cancel the request for help after only 2 minutes of me typing the problem. The support did not wait for me to send my message before cancelling the request.

The problem is pretty simple, the delivery service failed to deliver my modem so i went to pick it up at the depot instead. The problem is they failed to change the status of the package to delivered. Because of that, I am unable to activate my modem. I was able to chat with the Fizz support after a 3hour wait but they told me to wait the next day. It is now the next day and still do not have access to the activation process because it is still marked as not delivered. I called the delivery service and they solved the issue pretty quickly but I am still unable to activate my modem.

I tried to contact support again but i cannot even get the AI to answer me so I can't even be in contact with a representative anymore. Both on Fizz directly and Facebook Messenger.

All I want is to activate my modem
