Activation Pending

It has been more than 24 hours since I got the ticket for activation pending. Is it normal that it is taking so long?

    Usually the activation is fast, probably something happen to your activation.

    You should contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support

    , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    This has not been my experience. The accounts I have activated do so within 30 minutes or less, including the porting of the old number to the new account.
