Messed up eSim activation + number transfer

Hi. The first time I tried to set up the eSim, the text wasn't sent until hours later (when I was asleep).

So I submitted a new request, but the new eSim, after scanning, did not work. My phone tried to set it up but said there was an error with the SIM and to contact the carrier.

I uninstalled the eSim from the first attempt and tried the QR Code again. It didn't work.

Later, I got the text asking to port my number, so I said yes. I tried scanning the QR Code after that, and got the same error message. I'm wondering where I messed up.

I'm trying to get in contact with support currently. Thanks for any advice

    It is a new feature the eSIM probably they need to tune up a bit

    You should contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support

    , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.
